Apple Strudel for Dessert

 Since moving back to Adelaide we have been reaquainted with friends who we haven't seen for many years and love the fact that we can "pick up where we left off" some 15 odd years later over great conversation, great food and wine! Set amongst the beautiful Southern Vales and a lovely brisk evening breeze this is how my family spent last night. Kyland, my boy, got to ride a motorbike around the property and shoot a bow and arrow at targets so he was in his element!
